Whether their existence is in the realm of reality or just a figment of human imagination, one thing is certain - scary creatures of the night we come to know as ghosts never fail to capture our fascination. In the first few episodes, hear about professional basketball players whose lives were saved by the ghost of a friend, young housewives who angered the deceased family members of their in-laws, little girls with ghostly friends, ghostly encounters at the Chelsea Hotel, and new husbands who enraged the long-gone exes.

I'm a lover of horror books and recently have all but lost hope of finding a really good ghost story but after reading The Woman in Black, my hopes are pleasantly lifted once again to the possibility of other writers seeing how it's done and maybe churning out their own ghost stories.
